Guests can’t book what they can’t find

Visibility is how easy your venue is to find, trust and book online. It decides who gets the table tonight - you, or the place next door.

Step 1

Found

When someone searches “dinner near me”, your venue shows up - a public page with hours and a menu, right where guests already look.

Step 2

Trusted

What they see convinces them: fresh reviews that get answered, real photos, a live menu with today’s prices - not a PDF from last spring.

Step 3

Booked

A reserve button right there. Direct bookings with instant confirmations - no commission to portals, no phone ringing mid-service.

Wrong hours, a stale menu, or “call to book”? Guests don’t complain - they quietly pick the visible place instead.
The estimate can stay unchanged.

FAQ

Answers before you get served

The common questions venue managers ask before moving billing, integrations, onboarding, and team workflows into Served.

How does billing work?

Choose monthly or yearly billing — yearly is billed once per year at the discounted annual total shown in the pricing cards. Start free with the Growth Scan (no card required) and upgrade to Visibility Brain whenever you’re ready. Cancel anytime.

What is the Beta Visibility Estimate?

It is a 0–100 summary of selected public visibility signals. It is based on public evidence and provisional model weights, and it is not calibrated against booking or revenue outcomes.

Which public sources does the Growth Scan check?

The scan can check a Google listing, returned Google Maps results, the venue homepage, public search citations, and PageSpeed mobile performance. Every result shows which sources were measured, unavailable, or not applicable.

What is the difference between a measured source and an estimated benchmark?

A measured source is evidence retrieved for this audit. An estimated benchmark is a provisional model curve used to normalize a signal when no qualifying local cohort exists; it is not a percentile of similar venues.

Can Served connect to the tools we already use?

Served is built to replace most of them - reservations, menu, reviews, guest emails and your guest list are built in. OmniBrain adds API, MCP and POS integrations for anything you keep.

How long does onboarding take?

Most venues are live the same day. Create your venue, import the menu, invite the team - the Growth Scan then tells you what’s still missing.

Can I cancel or change plan later?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply from your next billing period. Your data stays yours.

Is Served suitable for multi-location groups?

Yes - that’s OmniBrain: multi-location control, advanced permissions and KPI dashboards. Join the waiting list and we’ll onboard your group together.

Do staff members need technical training?

No. Served is made for busy, non-technical teams - if you can accept a booking with one tap, you already know how to use it.

What support is included?

Human support on every plan, including the free one. Visibility Brain gets priority responses; OmniBrain gets dedicated onboarding and support.
