Is there a commission?
None. Visibility Brain is a flat subscription: no fee per cover, no cut of a booking, and Served never resells your guests.
Instant confirmation or request?
Requests, confirmed by you. A guest asks for a table, you confirm or decline from the board, and the guest is told by email either way.
Do guests get reminders?
Sent on the hour, up to 24 h before the booking, with one tap to reconfirm or cancel. Bookings made less than a day ahead get theirs about 3 h before.
Can I embed it on my own site?
Yes. One script tag puts the same booking form on your site, and requests land on the same board.
Rooms or a PMS?
Tables, not rooms. Served is built for restaurants, cafés and bars. A hotel can run its restaurant on it, but it is not a property management system.
What does it cost, and how do I cancel?
€69 a month, or €660 a year. Cancel any time from Billing in your profile: cancellations apply from your next billing period, and your data stays yours.
