Which platforms?
Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp and OpenTable, plus Google Hotels for hotels. Each one is connected from Settings with your own listing.
Does Served post replies for me?
No. Served never publishes on your behalf: it drafts, you copy, open the platform and post under your own name.
Does it write replies with AI?
It can. The composer seeds a reply from a template the moment you open a review and can rewrite it with an AI model in the tone you pick. You read and edit it before anything is posted, and it is never posted by Served.

Do reviews show publicly?
On your venue page, yes: guests see your rating and recent reviews there. They also stay where they were written. Served reads reviews; it does not move or edit them.
How often does it sync?
Every 6 hours, for every connected platform.
