What does the scan check?
Your website and the pages it links to for booking, menu and contact; your Google listing through the Places API; phone, email and WhatsApp links; and the booking platforms we can reach from our servers. We do not open Instagram or Facebook, so a booking path that lives only there is not part of the result.
Do I need an account or a card?
Not for the scan: pick your venue and the result is yours to read, no sign-up. The venue page and menu need an account, because a page needs a venue behind it. Neither needs a card.
Is the venue page free for good?
Yes. It is part of the free plan: nothing expires, nothing is metered and no card is involved. Paid plans add reservations and reviews on top; they never take the page away.
Will Served send me diners?
No. Served is not a marketplace and does not resell your guests. It makes the ways guests already look for you work, and gives them a page and a menu to land on.
What is the score compared against?
Nothing but your own booking paths: it starts at 100 and loses points for each gap we confirmed. Paths we couldn't check count neither for nor against you.
Does it do order-ahead or replace my POS?
Neither. Served takes no orders and is not a point of sale. The menu page is for reading, and reservations live on Visibility Brain.
