02The problem

A table is not the only thing you sell.

Events, extras and offers are sales too, and they usually live in other tools.

Where each sale lives
The saleOften todayServed Revenue
Event ticketsA separate ticketing siteTickets in tiers, checked in at your door
ExtrasA call or an email before the nightAdded and paid for with the booking
OffersA chalkboard and a note for the staffHappy hours, bundles and set prices by weekday

03The fee

No Served fee per ticket.

Ticketing platforms often take a share of every ticket. Served Revenue does not; the card fee comes out of your payout.

11Questions

Questions

Does Served take a cut of ticket sales?

No. There is no Served fee per ticket. The card fee charged by the payment provider comes out of your payout.

Where does the money go?

To your own account: Stripe for tickets, Stripe or PayU for extras, connected in Settings. Served does not hold it.

Can I take deposits?

Not as part of Served Revenue yet. Deposits are coming, and they are not part of the price today.

Does it replace my POS?

No. Served is not a point of sale and does not connect to one yet. Inventory and recipes are kept in Served.

Will it show my margins?

Not yet. Costs, analytics and forecasts are coming. Today Served Revenue sells tickets, extras and offers, and keeps your inventory.

What does it cost?

€149 a month, or €119 a month billed yearly, VAT added where applicable. With Served Team and Served Guests it is part of Served Max (Team + Guests + Revenue): €219 a month for all three.

Optional analytics helps us improve Served: Google Analytics on this site, product analytics in the app and, on venue booking pages, the venue’s ad pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok). Declining does not limit any feature. Cookie Policy
