Served

About Served

Served is reservation and table management software for restaurants, bars and hotel venues.

Venues use it to take bookings directly, seat the room from a floor plan, answer reviews, and keep their venue page, menu and booking links right.

What Served does

Who it is for

The people who run a venue: owners, general managers and floor staff at restaurants, cafés and bars, and at the restaurant and bar side of a hotel. Served is sold to venues; there are no consumer accounts. See who Served is for, including the table booking system for restaurants and hotel restaurant and bar reservations.

What it costs

A flat subscription, with no commission and no fee per cover. The Free plan has no card and includes the Booking Path Scan, a public venue page and a menu you edit. Visibility Brain is €69 a month, or €660 a year, VAT added where applicable, and adds direct reservations, the floor plan and calendar, reviews and a guest list. Groups that need shared oversight of several venues can join the OmniBrain waiting list. See what each plan includes.

What Served is not

It is not a till: it sits alongside your POS rather than replacing it. It is not a property management system and does not handle hotel rooms. And it is not a marketplace: it makes your venue easier to find on your own terms, and it will not hand you diners who have never heard of you.

How we write about it

We publish source-linked comparisons with other restaurant reservation software, including where a competitor fits a venue better than we do, and guides for restaurants on no-shows, deposits and the rules that reach a venue. Moving from another platform? Here is what carries over and what does not.

Optional analytics helps us improve Served: Google Analytics on this site, product analytics in the app and, on venue booking pages, the venue’s ad pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok). Declining does not limit any feature. Cookie Policy
