Do I pay per employee?

No. Served Team is €49 a month per venue, or €39 a month billed yearly, however many people work there. VAT added where applicable.

What is free?

On Served Start, chat and the schedule are free for up to 10 staff: Served Team Lite. Absences, training, files, tasks, Requests and positions come with Served Team.

Do my staff need their own account?

Yes. You invite them by email, and each person signs in to see their shifts, the chat and their training.

Does Served build the schedule for me?

Not yet. You build it by day, week or month. Auto-scheduling is coming, and it is not part of the price today.

What is a Request?

Something in the venue that someone needs to deal with: a repair, a missing delivery, a chair to replace. It gets an owner and a response target, and you see which ones are past it.

Does it handle payroll or time clocks?

No. Served Team plans shifts and runs the team; it does not pay people or clock them in.
